Terms of Use

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These terms are an agreement between you and Antz Solutions by Anton (business registration pending; DTI/SEC no.: to follow), Dubai, United Arab Emirates | San Fernando, Pampanga, Philippines ("we", "us"). They cover our websites, the web app FrameSetMix Studio / AntzMix Studio (the "App"), the AntzMix Service Relay and its add-ons (the "Relay"), and any account, beta key or package. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and is part of these terms.

By using the App or the Relay you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

2. Beta service

• The App and the Relay are in beta testing. Features may change, move to a paid package, or be removed.
• We work hard to keep them reliable, but we cannot promise that they will always run without errors or interruptions. For important live events, test first and keep a backup.
• Your shows, templates and settings are saved on your own computer. Please keep your own copies.

3. Accounts, packages and beta keys

• You may use the free Guest features without an account. Other features may need an account, a package or a beta key.
• Keep your password and keys private. You are responsible for what happens with your account.
• Beta keys are given to beta testers, often per group (for example a school). A key can have a limited number of uses and an end date. When the limit or the date is reached, the key stops working. Keys may not be sold or shared outside the group they were given to.
• Statistics condition: a free beta key is part of our beta testing program. While you use it, usage statistics must stay on, as explained in the Privacy Policy. If you switch them off, the extra beta features pause until you switch them on again. You can always keep using the free Guest features.
• We may end a beta key or an account that is misused, after telling you why when we can.

4. Users under 18

Users under 18 may use an account or beta key only when an adult refers them: a parent or legal guardian, or a teacher or professor who uses the App in a school program. That adult (or the school) accepts these terms on the young user's behalf and arranges any consent needed from parents or guardians. Teachers and schools that use the App with students agree to supervise its use in class.

5. Using the App responsibly

You agree not to:

• use the App to break any law, or to share content that is illegal, harmful, or that you have no right to use (for example music, videos or pictures owned by others without permission);
• film, record, stream or bring people into calls without their agreement when it is needed, or misuse other people's personal data;
• break the rules of the platforms you connect to (for example YouTube, Facebook or Zoom);
• attack, overload, copy, reverse engineer or try to get around the limits or security of the App, the Relay or our servers, except where the law allows it;
• pretend to be someone else, or use the App to spread malware or spam.

You are responsible for the content you create, record and stream with the App.

6. Your content and our software

• Your content is yours. We do not receive your shows, recordings or streams, and we claim no rights in them.
• The App, the Relay, our logos and names belong to AntzSolutions or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them under these terms.
• The Relay includes third-party parts (for example Node.js, FFmpeg, the NDI® runtime, the Zoom Meeting SDK and the Chromium Embedded Framework). They have their own licences, listed in the Relay. NDI® is a registered trademark of Vizrt NDI AB. Zoom is a trademark of Zoom Communications, Inc.
• If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them to improve the App without paying you.

7. Installing the Relay

• Download the Relay and its add-ons only from our own websites.
• Our installers are new and not yet digitally signed, so Windows may show a warning. The App shows how to unblock the installer. Only do this for files you downloaded from us.
• The Relay runs on your computer and starts other programs (such as FFmpeg) only to provide the features you use.

8. Third-party services

Some features connect to services of other companies, such as streaming platforms, Zoom, Google Sheets or websites you add. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.

9. Paid packages (when available)

• Prices are shown in US dollars (USD), including taxes, on our pricing page before you pay.
• We send an electronic receipt for every payment.
• Refunds, repairs or replacements are handled as required by the Consumer Act of the Philippines and the Internet Transactions Act. If a package does not work as described, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of payment.
• If you have a complaint, write to us first through the support page. We aim to solve it within 7 calendar days. You can also bring it to the Department of Trade and Industry.

10. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent Philippine law allows, the App and the Relay are provided "as is" during the beta. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as a lost broadcast, lost income or lost data on your computer. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for fraud, bad faith, gross negligence, or anything else that the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing limits your rights as a consumer or as a data subject.

11. Ending use

You can stop using the App at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end access if these terms are seriously broken, if the law requires it, or if we stop a service; we will tell you in advance when we can.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The new version is posted here with a new date. For important changes we tell you in the App or by email before they apply. If you keep using the App after the change, the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. We will first try to solve any dispute with you directly and in good faith. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have as a consumer to go to the courts or agencies where you live.
